This Terms of Use (the Agreement) contains the terms and conditions that cover your use of this Site. Metropolitan Financial Group PLC, from now on METROFG, reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time with 24 hour notice on our news board by updating the posting of this Agreement on this Site. By using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement current at the time of your use. Therefore, you should periodically review this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, you may not use this Site. For your convenience and ease of reading, chapters are marked with alphabetical letters and rules with numbers.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF METROFG:


METROFG assumes the full responsibility of offering a 24 hours money back guarantee policy for all our investment plans. If you are dissatisfied with any of our investment services for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your account within 24 hours of the activation of your account, you will not receive your money back if you invested to plan 1 and plan 2, because we don't return the initial deposit with these plans.

We assume full responsibility to all our private investors that we give a 100% guarantee that you will receive full interest (as mentioned in our Investments Plans) ON TIME without any risk involved. Also we do not assume responsibility for any delay caused by any payment systems that is not within our control. For example, maintenance process at e-gold that can sometimes take more than 24 hours.

METROFG offers a policy whereby we guarantee 100% that you will not lose your money regardless of the investment plan you choose. There is NO risk involved in any of our investment plans. You will never lose any money at all. This is a responsibility that we assume to all of our customers.

METROFG guarantees a 99% up time for investments and withdrawal procedures except during maintenance and update periods. Please note: We do not assume responsibility for any delay caused by an external factor such a server Ddos attack, temporary maintenance caused by our ISP or hosting provider which is beyond our control.


RULES FOR INVESTORS:


You need to understand that in some circumstances that you will not be allowed to reinvest your money in METROFG's website regardless of whether you are a member or a possible new investor. These circumstances could be: violating one of the rules specified on our Terms & Agreements page, the system is performing a maintenance or update process or if the system has reached the maximum number of users and you are not qualified for a new transaction.

Payment methods accepted for investing: LibertyReserve

You understand that no money can be requested for withdrawing earlier than the period of time of the plan you have invested to.

However, exceptions to this rule may apply under the following condition:

Investment plans Rules:

*Plan 1: You will receive a payment deposit directly to your account after 5 days, with the interest rate of 300%. The minimum amount for this plan is $50, And your initial also cannot be returned. For example, If you invest $50, after 5 calendar days, you will be receive $150.

*Plan 2: You will receive a payment deposit directly to your account after 7 days, with the interest rate of 600%. The minimum amount for this plan is $250, And your initial also cannot be returned. For example, If you invest $250, after 7 calendar days, you will be receive $1500.

*Plan 3: You will receive a payment deposit directly to your account after 10 days, with the interest rate of 1000%. The minimum amount for this plan is $1000, And your initial also cannot be returned. For example, If you invest $1000, after 10 calendar days, you will be receive $10000.

Our policy is simple: Your deposit is 100% guaranteed that will accumulate full interest IN TIME without any risk involved.
You can reinvest into any of our plans as many times as you wish, even if you already have a current investment.
No setup fee is required to make an investment to any of our investment plans.

You agree to be of a legal age in your country to partake in this program, and in all the cases your minimum age must be at least 18 years of age.

METROFG is available in all countries, to the general public and is open only to the qualified members of METROFG. The use of this site is restricted to ONLY our members and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between METROFG and its Member.

All the information provided by a member to METROFG will only be used privately and is not disclosed to any third parties. Please do not disclose your e-mail and/or password to anyone. Also, please do not attempt to save your password on your computer. For security purposes, please try to remember it.

METROFG is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to GP4U that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

Under no circumstances should anything found on this site be considered or construed as an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to invest with METROFG, in any jurisdiction in which such offers or solicitations are not lawful, or to anyone to whom it is unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

It is understood that the administrators of METROFG are in no way responsible for the performance or lack of performance of any investment or private arrangement that comes to the attention of the reader here. You are completely responsible for all decisions made. Please use your own judgment and practice due diligence.

By continuing to remain subscribed to this list, you agree, acknowledge, and accept that all information you receive is unsolicited, private communications of privileged, proprietary, and confidential information for you only and you agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure unless the information is obviously of a public nature.

You agree to hold all moderators and general members of METROFG harmless of any liability. If you invest in any club, program, or private arrangement brought to your attention by METROFG, you are doing so at your own will.

You declare that you are not in any official capacity relative to your involvement in ventures with METROFG, a member, agent, informant, or employee of any kind of investigative, law enforcement, media, news, postal service or other government agencies within any country.

In case of any potential risk or damage that may come to our database and website (such as a Ddos attack, database attack, any attempt of hacking, scam or leak of information), or if we consider we have to change our DNS or hosting provider for security reasons, we reserve the right to interrupt any activity on our website and to stop our payment schedule for a maximum 72 hours (three days) until changes will be completed and applied to the system.

During this period you understand that you are not to send e-mails to us at our regular addresses which references METROFG.
